He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Howard. He is survived by: his children, Kaitlyn Grovenstein (Ben), Zachary Howard (Billi) and Cody Howard; his grandchild Claire Howard; his father Alvis Howard; his brother Stephen Howard; and his aunt Wynette Burnsed. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
