It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David H. Kersey of Lyons, Georgia, who passed away on February 8, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Kersey and Mattie Lou Kersey; and his wife Connie Guthrie Kersey. He is survived by: his daughter Sharee Kersey (Markus Mimbs); his grandchildren, Jerry and Carol Mimbs; and his sisters, Donnie Thompson of Lyons, Joannie Joyner of Leesburg and Thelma Pierce of Springfield, Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
