With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Murphy of Lyons, Georgia, who passed away on November 15, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her son Phil Murphy; her grandson Chane Crumpton; her parents, John Robert Wynne and Willie Frances Coody Wynne; and her brothers, Randall Wynne and Jimmy Wynne.
She is survived by : her husband Reverend Irvin Murphy of Lyons; her daughter-in-law Katrina Murphy; her grandchildren, Dr. Jonathan Murphy of Vidalia, Casey Griffin (Justin) of Baxley and Ashley Murphy of Ghana; and her great grandchildren, Ryald Griffin, Cormick Griffin and Dane Griffin. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
