Earl Mitchum Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2025, at the age of 79, Earl Mitchum of Lyons, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Earl Mitchum to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Mitchum and Georgia Colbert Mitchum; and his siblings, Johnny Mitchum, Billy Jones, Ruth Mitchum Williamson and Bobbie Mitchum.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Mitchum (Delaina), Amanda Mitchum (Jeremy Turner) and Michael Mitchum of Toombs County; and his grandchildren, Bradley Moye (Jovanna), Matt Moye, Morgan Moye, Ian Moye, Breanna Butler (Devin), Tyler Mitchum (Amber), Madison Mitchum, Sydney Mitchum, Memphis Mitchum, Grayson Mitchum and Lance Mitchum. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
