She was predeceased by: her father Lewis Powell. She is survived by: her daughters, Ashley B. Barfield (Trippe) of Eatonton and Kristen L. Brewer (Trey) of Lyons; her mother Mae Roy Scott Powell of Lyons; her grandchildren, Kylie Barfield, Jackson Barfield and Drayke Brewer; her sister Sue Barker (Tommy) of Vidalia; her nephew Clay Barker (Abbie); and her niece Nikki Bailey (Anthony).
