He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Fields and Geneva Fields; and his sister Teresa Fields. He is survived by: his sons, Greg Fields (Lindsey) of Lyons and Jared Fields of Lyons; his sister Paula Fields of Perry; and his grandchildren, Zoey Fields and Cadence Lanier.
