He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Wright and Farrie-Ann Wright; and his siblings, Elaine Mauldin, Frank Wright and Pete Wright.

He is survived by: his wife Vivian H. Wright of Lyons; his children, Jeff Wright (Jo) of Lyons, Tony Wright of Lyons, Brad Wright (Vicki) of Lyons, Doug Wingate (Lori) of Vidalia and Alyson Wisniewski (Mike) of Ponte Vedra, Florida; and his grandchildren, Chandler, Olivia, Farrie-Ann, Tanner, Tori, Jordan, Kurt, Trey and Tripp. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
