He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Coplin, Sr. and Mavis Lucille Mobley Coplin; and his siblings, Jackie Coplin Bowers, Oscar Coplin, Jr., Ray Coplin and Larry Coplin.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Murray Coplin; his daughters, Amanda Coplin of Lyons, Tabitha Coplin of Lyons and Jill Edwards (Josh) of Lyons; his brother Johnny Coplin (Beverly) of Guyton; and his grandchildren, Heather Harley, Corey Winge, Morgan Easton, Desiree Coplin and Talicia Corbin. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
