She was predeceased by : her parents, Wendell Troy Nelms and Shirley Ann Grinstead Nelms. She is survived by : her daughters, Christy Whitaker Tindal (Brian) of Ridgeland and Brittany Lynn Whitaker of Lyons; her grandchildren, Georgia Whitaker, Brayden Tindal, Jeremy Whitaker and Aubree Tindal; and her former life partner Tim Whitaker of Ridgeland.
