He was predeceased by: his former wife Deborah "Debbie" Conner; his parents, Mart B. Conner and Odessa Conner; and his sister Beverly Thigpen. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Conner of Lyons; his children, Mart Walter Conner (Wendy) of Vidalia and Mandy Conner Davenport (Terrill) of Brooklet; and his grandchildren, Brayden and Landry Davenport.
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lyons City Cemetery North Gwinnett.
