He is survived by: his children, Pedro Rubio, Jr. of Lyons, Devan Noel Rubio, Sr. of Lyons and Chasity Rubio of Collins; his stepdaughters, Ashley Thigpen of Dublin and Sara Thigpen of Kentucky; his siblings, Joel Rubio of Savannah, Noel Rubio of Savannah, Jose Rubio, Jr. of Savannah, Maria Rubio of Vidalia, Judy Rubio of Lyons, Esmeralda Perez of Texas and Sonia Gomez of Texas; and his grandchildren, Devan Noel Rubio, Jr., Pedro Rubio III and Remy Rubio.
