He is survived by: his wife Barbara Phillips; his children, Ray "Chucky" Phillips (Becky O'Neal) of Vidalia and Sarah Scott (Marion) of Warner Robins; his stepdaughter Beth Fisher (Lonnie) of Fairfield, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Rayley Phillips, Micah Bruno, Gavin Welborn, Scarlett Hanbury, Bryce Scott, Isaiah O'Conner and Kennedy McDannell; his siblings, Deborah Barnard of Lyons and Tommy Phillips (Jennipher) of Maclenny, Florida; and his close friend Chris Harrison. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
