We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2024, at the age of 87, Ruth Helen Rockett of Lyons, Georgia, born in Ceylon, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Meta Elizabeth Nolte Koehler and Louis Carl Christian Koehler; her husband Sam Rockett; her siblings, Herbert Koehler, Rosemary Sorensen, Jeanette Koehler, Joy Koehler and Mark Koehler; and her grandson Rick Rockett.
She is survived by: her brother David Koehler (Delia); her children, Cregg Rockett (Diane) of Montezuma, Scarlett Smith (Bobby) of Athens and Laurie Mullis (Tommy) of Perry; and her grandchildren, Patrick Rockett, Candace Horne (Matt), Sam Smith (Jamie), Stephen Smith (Catherine), Dana Hilliard (Knox) and Thomas Mullis. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
