He was predeceased by: his wife Sara Duncan; his parents, Maggie Lee Stamey Jones and William R. "Bill" Jones; and his brother Roy Truman Duncan, Jr. (Duncan). He is survived by: his children, Lori Duncan of Reidsville, Martha Duncan Oliver (Joey), Cynthia Duncan Howell (Mike) of South Carolina, Jim Duncan (Wanda) of Lyons, John Duncan (Rachel) of Atlanta and Alecia Duncan Wilson (Phillip) of Lyons. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475).
