She was predeceased by: her husband Durwood Collins; her son-in-law James Jackson; her father Isaiah Oliver "Rooster" Toole; her grandmother Lou Hill Toole; her sisters, Jean Toole Wilkes and Grace Toole Smith; and her mother-in-law Vondell Sewell Blaxton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patty Collins Akridge (Pete) of Stillmore, Shonda Jackson Whitney (David) of Johnson Corner and Dawn Collins Cauley (Jamie) of Johnson Corner; her grandchildren, Kyle Morris (April) of Douglas, Jessica Joiner (Dylan) of Johnson Corner, Kayla Jackson of Cartersville, Brittany Oglesby (Garrett) of Millen, Austin Akridge (Kelly) of Stillmore, T. J, Jackson of Dillard, Lily Cauley and Kylie Whitney of Johnson Corner; her great grandchildren, Kylee, Hunter, Addy, Gannon, Maddox, Lillyan and Jamesie Rae; and her siblings, Ivy Toole (Sue) of Johnson Corner, Ann Collins (Lawrence) of Johnson Corner, Jobbie Toole (Sabrina) of Vidalia, Connie Toole Beasley (Doyle) of Cedar Crossing, Hilbert Toole (Michelle) of Dublin and Herbert Toole (Debbie) of Vidalia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
