She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Lillian Popham and Earl Pollard Popham; her husband Ed Carden; and her sister Sara Popham. She is survived by: her daughter Shonda Pritchett; her son-in-law Craig Pritchett; and her sisters, Ellen Whitehead of Mableton, GA, Marcia Stewart of Texas City, TX, Dot Ross (David) of Morrow, GA and Pat Klitzing (Jeff) of Easley, SC.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
