He is survived by: his wife Teresa A. Halcomb of Cumming, GA; his son Brent Halcomb (Kelly) of Suwanee, GA; his grandchildren, Emerson Halcomb, Samford Halcomb, Callaway Halcomb, Banks Halcomb, Mills Halcomb and Powell Halcomb; and his sister Connie Kappler (Jeff). He is also survived by nephews and cousins.
