He was predeceased by: his parents, Burrell Quinton Maxwell and Shelby Jean Maxwell. He is survived by: his son Adam Quinton Maxwell (Megan); his grandson Ayden Maxwell; and his sister Lorraine Maxwell Roberts. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens (581 Veterans Memorial Hwy SE, Mableton, GA 30126).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in John's name to Shriners Hospital.
