The memory of Amelda Andrews Chapman of Macon, Georgia, who passed away on August 6, 2025 at the age of 78, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, E. P. Andrews and Lorene Andrews; her brother Andy Andrews; and her niece Babs Hutchins. She is survived by: her husband Wesley Chapman; her son Wes Chapman III (Toni); her grandson Bill Chapman IV; her sister Barbara Hutchins (Bob); her sister-in-law Bunnie Andrews; and her nephews, Brad Hutchins (Andrea), Brandon Andrews (Lauren), Chad Andrews and David Caldwell. She is also survived by four great-nieces, two great nephews, and several cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (753 College St, Macon, GA 31201).
