It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Horton Branka of Macon, Georgia, who passed away on December 23, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Horton and Louise McCullough Horton; her husband Walter "Wally" Valentine Branka; her sister Betty Kehaya; her niece Pam Turner; and her aunts, Ruby McCullough and Jewel Vaughn.
She is survived by: her nephew Neal Kehaya of Macon; her great-niece Stephanie Johns (Dusty Davis) of Barnesville, Georgia; her great-nephews, Jason Turner (Summer) of Macon and Eric Turner (Dana) of Macon; and also, Karli, Tate, Aubrie, Lane, Christian, Haleich, Kenyon, Jayden, Jayce, Kyleigh, Cassidy, Kazel, Cameron, Cayne, Dakota, Lindsay, Railey, Hannah, Emma, Sadie, Mollie, Chelsea and Beau.
