He is survived by: his daughters, Jerri Hall (Terry) and Jena Derzi (Kelly); his sister Dorothy Garrison; his grandchildren, Heather Harris (Randall), Jamie Churchwell (Ben) and Reid Derzi; and his great grandchild Hale Churchwell.
