She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Houser and Elizabeth Ferguson Marshall; her husband Richard C. Webb; and her sister Jane Marshall Rawlins. She is survived by: her children, Monica Evans (Randall) of Perry and Richard M. Webb (Gena) of Athens; her grandchildren, Samuel Marshall Webb, Kaitlyn Alizabeth Wise (Stephen), Kandace Amanda Kennedy (Zach), Kimberly Allison Martin (John), Jordan Evans and Caleb Evans (Stefani); her great grandchildren, Hunter, Allie, Cohen, Landen, Carter, Savannah, Oliver, Norah, Finn, Henry, Asah, Jude and John; her brother Glenn Houser Marshall Jr. (Tere); her nieces, Brenda Rawlins and Paula Rawlins; and her nephew Paul Marshall.
