He is survived by: his wife Kim Manuel; his daughters, Quynnyata Manuel Griffin (Frank) and Anjelica Manuel; his grandchildren, Keiry Griffin and Keira Griffin; his siblings, Wiley Manuel Jr., Gail Williams (Ronnie), Denise Manuel, Debbie Collier (Walter), Roger Manuel (Dorothy) and Larry Manuel; and his father-in-law Jimmy Scott Sr.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
