She is survived by: her husband Stephen Edward Sturek Jr.; her sons, Richard "Sonny" Albers and Guy Albers; her siblings, Mary Beth Rossiter and Max Rossiter; and her grandchildren, Carolanne Albers, Claire Albers and Righteous Albers.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Covenant House of Macon or to the donors' favorite charity.
