She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jennings Childree and Jeffie Windham Childree; and her husband Harmon Gardner Pye, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Harmon "Trip" Pye, III and Randall Craig Pye (Lynmarie Rae); and her sisters, Vetra Brown, Louise Creecy (John) and Verna Maurine Tauton (Tom). She is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
