He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret L. Smith Brewer and Henry G. Brewer; his wife Barbara Ann Bates Brewer; and his siblings, Larry Brewer and Jane Brewer Leslie.
He is survived by: his children, Jay Brewer (Heather) and Benjy Brewer (Jeanie); his grandsons, Cole and Caleb Brewer; and his siblings, Ted Brewer and Fay Brewer Lucas. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Snow's Funerals & Cremations at Macon Memorial Park (3969 Mercer University Dr, Macon, GA 31204). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
