He is survived by: his sons, David Dean Maddox (Patricia) and Richard Wayne Maddox; his sister Hazel Juanita Hearn; his siblings-in-law, Rachel Juanita Howell and Jerrell Wright Howell; his grandchildren, Kandice, Crews, Jonathan Ryan Brickle, Kasey Dawn Hatton, Kayla Nicole Maddox, Jacob Alan Maddox, Joshua David Maddox and Caleb Taylor Maddox; and his great grandchildren, Landon Gage Crews, Tylyanna Marie Hatton, Kynslea Jade Hatton and Brooklyn Mae Hatton.
