He was predeceased by: his uncle Bubba; and his aunt Deborah. He is survived by: his wife Annie Floyd; his parents, Donna Parker (Ken) and Charles Floyd; and his siblings, Chasinee Wilder (Tom), Taylor Harris (Anthony), Brent Floyd, Kenneth Parker (Heather) and Chris Parker (Chris). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would be honored for memorial donations to be sent to Good Landing Recovery Center, 256 McMillan Road Dacula GA 30019 in Chasin's memory.
