It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Hobbs Flanagan of Macon, Georgia, who passed away on September 5, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Elizabeth Ann Stanley Hobbs. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rick" E. Flanagan of Macon; and her sisters, Carolyn Elaine Murphey of Macon and Kathy R. Hobbs of Virginia Beach, Virginia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a multitude of friends.
