He is survived by: his wife June Lenderman; his children, David Michael, Jr. (Cathy), Randall Kemp, Tommy Dwayne (Charlene Brown) and Susan Portinga; his grandchildren, Chuck, Caleb, Thomas Brown and Betsy (Matt Jeffers); and his great grandchildren, Palmer and Maddy Jeffers.
