He was predeceased by: his father Joe Barton. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Barton; his mother Corliss Barfield; his children, Tabatha Barton (Steve), Felicia Mercer, Brian Mercer, Will Mercer and Jeremy Nobles; and his siblings, Steve Barton (Wendy) and Naomi Orsenigo (Jeff). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; six step siblings; and three God-children.
