She was predeceased by: her father Marcus Rainey; and her husbands, Perry Phillips and Jimmy Mills. She is survived by: her children, Stacy Warren (Andre), Joannie Marie Phillips of Milledgeville and Bobby Jo Willis (Stephanie) of Gordon; her mother Jeanette Carter of Eatonton; her siblings, Rochelle Motes of Roberta, Mark Rainey of Eatonton and Robbie Rainey (Jessica) of Forsyth; her grandchildren, Andre Warren, Jr., Yasmin Phillips, Alexis Warren, Alicia Warren, Kirsten Queen and Autumn Warren; and her great grandchild Jonah Lockhart.
