He was predeceased by: his parents, Hettie Nobles and James Wesley Pope; his wife Joyce Pope; his son Wesley Michael Pope; and his brothers, Harold Pope and Elbert Pope.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffini Lee Pope Cole (Danny) of Senoia and Bonnie Alicia Pope (Ashley Andrews) of Forsyth, Georgia; his grandchildren, Alyson Chambers (Matthew), Katie Mullen (Samantha) and Hannah Purvis; his brother-in-law Rusty Dodd; and his close friend Don Moore. He is also survived by his eight great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
