Johnson of Oahu; his grandmother Carolyn Kennedy Dominy of Macon, Georgia; his aunts, Nancy Kennedy-Jones of Jasper, Erin Kennedy Heggins of Macon, Charlene Kent (Glenn) and Diane Glacken of Crawford County, Georgia.; and also, Terri Leigh Smith of Macon, Jennifer Carolyn Fordham of Bremerton, Washington and Ronald Hansen Smith, Jr. of Colbert, Georgia.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
