He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Richard Davis, Sr. and Marie Gaughan Davis; his wife Lutrelle Johnson Davis; and his half-sisters, Mary Nelson and Ann Walker.
He is survived by: his children, Dina Inhulsen (Gary) of Kathleen, GA and Dave Davis (Anne) of Melbourne, FL; his granddaughters, Chelsea Burdorf (Jesse) of Perry, GA and Kristin Gilbert (Michael) of Kathleen, GA; his great grandchildren, Matthew Gilbert, Lane Burdorf and Jackson Burdorf; his sister Barbara Wilson of Covington, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Wendell and Sara Johnson of Daphne, AL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations in Eddie's honor be made to Antioch Baptist Church.
