She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlie Smallen and Viola Coombes Smallen; her husband Johney Crittenden; her daughter Carolyn Annette Crittenden Eagleton; and her siblings, Virgil Smallen, Lucille Guinn and Ronnie Smallen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Etta C. (Greg Patterson) and Freda (Richard Hodges); her son-in-law Stephen Eagleton of Chandler, Arizona; her grandchildren, John Hodges (Heather) of Swainsboro, Georgia, David Hodges (Heather) of Metter, Stefani Eagleton of Chandler, Staci Eagleton of Nashville and Stori Stoaks (Garrett) of Chandler, Arizona; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Haley Kate Hodges, Isaac, Kendall Hodges and Maverick Stoaks; and her sister Elva Grace Stevens of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
