She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Lee Smallwood and Lillian Aretta Champion Smallwood; her husband John William Eddy; and her siblings, Jesse Smallwood, Allen Smallwood, Willie Lee Wood, Patricia Smallwood and Odessa Westgate.
She is survived by: her children, Leon Etheridge (Sherry), Alan Harper (Sheila), Michael Eddy, Lynette Smith (Bill), Loretta Faulk (Tommy) and Kristy Lewis (Benny); and her siblings, Calvin Smallwood (Brenda), Charlie Smallwood (Elaine) and Deborah Cobb (Phillip). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
