He was predeceased by: his parents, William Phinazze and Annie Wyatt; and his brother Jack Phinazee. He is survived by: his sister Jacuelyn Haris; his sibling's children, Teresa Sangster, Michelle Phinazee and Glenn Phinazee; and his cousin Linda Robinson.
