She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Sr. Farrar and Mamie Farrar (Roy Smothers Jr.); her parents-in-law, Ola Mae Ball and Roy Smothers Sr.; her sisters, Jean McElroy and Patricia Neal; her siblings-in-law, Pamela Finney and Everett Neal; and her nieces, KaWanna Neal, Patricia Tharpe and Kira Maynard.
She is survived by: her children, LJ Hardy (Chaka), Leslie T. Hardy LaTonya Hardy (Sharon), Anedra Smothers (Charlie) and Cynthia Robertson (Avery); and her sisters, Shirley Clarington (Troy), Yvonne Hardnette (Mike), Elaine Farrar, Gwendolyn Maynard and Linda Boyd. She is also survived by 18 Grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
