He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethan Allen and Bessie Harden Windham; his former wife Shirley Harris Windham; and his wife Ruby Mae Windham. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Cheryl Outz (Hank) of Monroe, Virginia and Linda Welton (Dan) of Forsyth, Georgia. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
