He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cannon and Ruby Cannon; his grandson Mack Cannon; and his siblings, Bernice Brown and Bernard Cannon.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Manning Cannon; his children, Neil Cannon of Macon, Randy Cannon (Nancy) of Bolingbroke and Melody Hamm (James Whaley) of Macon, Georgia; his granddaughters, Danielle Gordon (Jamie) of Gray and Suzanne Smith (Ronnie) of Macon, Georgia; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Gordon, Megan Gordon and Madison Gordon; and his siblings, Thomas "Bud" Cannon of Fort Valley, Georgia and Betty Sue McDaniel.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Daystar Church of God (5874 Wesleyan Dr N, Macon, GA 31210).
