He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Mason and Elise "Flippo" Mason; his siblings, Faye Debose, Elizabeth Mason, Sue Gaddy, Clarence Mason, Charlis Mason, Jesse Mason and James Mason; and his son-in-law Clyde Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanine Mason; and his daughters, Sherry Mason, Tara Harper and Anitra Mason. He is also survived by four grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
