He is survived by : his wife Lynn; his children, Jeff Thompson (Bo) of Charlotte, NC and Susan Washburn (Asheville); his grandchildren, Julia Margiotti, Lilley and Charlie Washburn; his brother Robin (Margaret); his stepsiblings, Robin Eddleston England (Susan) and Katherine Mandziak England (Michael); and his nieces and nephews, Anthony Nightingale of Charleston, SC, Colin Nightingale of Wales, UK, Steve Ridley of Lilburn, GA, Anne Gould (Neil) of England, UK, Katherine Morris (Michael) of Edmond, OK and Julie Thompson of Ormond Beach, FL.
