The memory of Gloria Ann Stiles (Macon, Georgia), born in Forsyth, Georgia, who passed away on July 29, 2025 at the age of 98, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Oliver Maddox and Minnie Pearl Burke Maddox; her husband Joseph E. Stiles, Jr. of Macon; her sisters, Shirley Kuffrey and Barbara Maddox; and her granddaughter Mary Jo Stiles.
She is survived by: her sister Beverly Appleby; her children, Joseph E. Stiles III (Jane), Richard R. Stiles, Janice A. Stiles Nordeck (late Mark), Col Charles W. Stiles, Kenneth A. Stiles and Stacey C. Stiles Allison (Craig); her grandson James Stiles (Allyson); and her children, Donald Stiles (Tamie), Jennifer Stiles, Keith Giddens, Jr., Brad Stiles (Jenn), Jayme Stiles, Kelly Stiles (Michael Graham), Craig Allison, Jr. (Rhylynn) and Alec Allison. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hart's Mortuary (765 Cherry St, Macon, GA 31201). A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Riverside Cemetery (1301 Riverside Dr, Macon, GA 31201).
