He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McGhee Lane Sr. and Helen Cherry Lane Braswell. He is survived by: his wife Sue C. Lane of Macon; his children, James Meng (Molly), Vanessa Antu (Michael), Amie Wall (Brian) and Brian Lane (Lisa); his grandchildren, Corbin Antu, Chole Meng, Shelby Antu, Cauy Wall, Xander Meng, Mac Lane and Railey Lane; his great grandchildren, Ellison Antu and Eden Antu; and his siblings, Diane Farley (Ed), Linda Lane, Tom Lane (Karla), Billy Braswell, Les Lane (Susan) and Don Lane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
