He is survived by: his wife Jane Maynard; his children, Wendy Odom (Sam) and Kenneth Harold Maynard; his grandchildren, Tripp Johnson (Jessica) and April Johnson; his great grandchildren, Gracie Johnson, Jake Johnson, Keelan Johnson, Bristol Johnson and Weston Johnson; his siblings, Lafayette Maynard, Freddy J. Maynard (Sandra) and Carolyn M. Landreau (Jim); and his sister-in-law Judy Harvel.
