It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel E. Stokes of Macon, Georgia, who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyt Benjamin Chapman and Gladys Rankin; her husband Grady Stokes, Sr.; her sons, John and Benjamin Stokes; her son-in-law Fred Ranalli; and her siblings, Louise, Gene, Verlin, Betty and Joan.

She is survived by: her children, Grady Stokes Jr. (Cindy Arnold), Patricia Humphries (Barry Pollner) and Carol Ranalli; her sister Gail Jarrett (Jackie); and her daughter-in-law Dura Stokes. She is also survived by Five grandchildren and Ten great grandchildren.
