He is survived by: his children, Mark Duckworth of Forsyth, Deborah Dickson Ballew (Jim) of Forsyth and Charles Fargason of Macon; and his grandchildren, Matthew Duckworth of Roswell, Autumn Wilhelm (Jordan) of Grove, OK, Angela Marie Hammock (Burt) of Lizella, Lori Andrews (Ben) of Forsyth and John Michael Dickson (Allison) of Lakeland, FL. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
