He was predeceased by: his in-laws, Joe, Marge DeNert, Harold and Emma Bend; his brothers-in-law, Bob and Steve Bend; and his pet Wrigley.
He is survived by: his wife Ema Lou; his children, Lori (Diane Lucas) and Jeff; his siblings, Hope Arundale (Rick), Bill (Bonnie Mullins), Dave (Carol Bend) and Greg Ashley (Sharon Bend); and his pet Beni. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials preferred to be used for a bench in Jack's honor at Brohard Beach Paw Park, Venice, FL.
