He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack B. Duckworth and Betty Whelchel Duckworth; his brother John Benjamin Duckworth; and his pet Icee. He is survived by: his sisters, Sherry Williams (Steve) and Glenda Brooks (Ashley); his daughter Randi "Chrissy" Gaultney (Ryan); his grandchildren, Kaden, Skye, Connor and Madison; his nieces and nephews, Eddie, Chad, Brandon, Autumn, Amber and Skylar; his uncle Hoyt Duckworth; and his pets, Cathy, Gypsy and Dakota.
